    Abstract
The study was conducted to evaluate the comparative efficacy of levamisole and triclabendazole of different five drug companies against naturally infected gastrointestinal (GI) Parasite in cattle by Fecal Egg count Reduction test (FECRT). A total of 30 cattle were selected for this study which was suspected for single or mixed parasitic infection. These cattle were divided into 6 equal groups (A, B, C, D, E, F) each containing 5 cattle. These animals were examined as individual level to determine the EPG of feces before and after treatment with levamisole and triclabendazole combination (Endex, Antiworm®, Levex, Renadex, LT vet) orally. The EPG of feces were estimated at O day before treatment and 7th day, 14th day, 21 day and 28th day after administration of drugs by Mc Master Egg Counting technique, Then efficacy was determined based on the result of Fecal Egg Count Reduction Test (FECRT). Among 5 different drug companies, Endex®, Levex® and Renadex® showed 100% efficacy at 14th day of treatment while Antiworm®, LT vet® showed 100% efficacy at 21 day of treatment.
